An author of 17 books, he has mentored 6 Ph.D. and 31 M.Phil. scholars, with research presented at Griffith and Harvard Universities. A member of academic bodies like Bangalore University’s Academic Council, he champions holistic education.

With over 35 years of experience across both industry and education, Dr. Bharatish Rao is a distinguished leader in the fields of finance, management, and academia. Beginning his career in 1985 as an Accounts Officer with multinational companies like Henkel Corporation, Dr. Rao transitioned into higher education in 2000. He has held key leadership positions as Director at Dayanandasagar Institutions, Principal at SRN Adarsh Jain College, and Secretary and Principal at RVD College of Management and Information Technology.

Arjun Vardaraj, a Chartered Accountant and PGP-EM graduate from IIM Bangalore, is an
accomplished educator and entrepreneur with 13+ years of experience in finance and
management. As the founder of Arivu Educational Consulting, he has partnered with
leading institutions like Manipal University and Christ University, impacting over 8,000
students. Recognized twice by CIMA UK as Best Tutor for Management Accounting, he
has also guided Arivu to achieve Gold Partner status for ACCA training. Additionally, he
serves as a financial advisor to startups and a global advisor for the Association of

Ltd., he has transformed Bangalore’s real estate landscape through innovative, eco-friendly building practices. His dual expertise allows him to create impactful educational programs that merge practical skills with academic knowledge, empowering students and professionals alike.

In the construction sector, Mohan founded Puja Constructions (now Vanshika Groups) in 2000, successfully completing over 50 landmark projects. Harish Krishnam is a visionary builder, developer, and educationist with over 20 years of experience in construction and education. His dual passion for creating beautiful living spaces and empowering future entrepreneurs fuels his commitment to enhancing lives through quality and knowledge.
As Director of Puja Groups and Vanshika Groups, Harish has successfully completed many residential projects with area of 0.5 million Sq ft, emphasizing sustainable practices and architectural excellence.
In education, he serves as Vice Chairman of Mysore Education & Welfare Association (MEWA). With extensive experience in curriculum development and entrepreneurship mentorship, Harish personalizes education to meet diverse student needs while guiding their personal and professional growth.
Harish believes that by cultivating a love for learning and entrepreneurship, he can shape individuals capable of creating lasting value in society, ensuring a brighter future for all.
